Deliveries

When you order your furniture from Furnnista, we'll deliver it to you for free within 5 days (Monday to Friday, UK only).

However, there are certain locations due to their distance and accessibility where a delivery surcharge (calculated at the checkout) will be applicable (See below):

Damaged Deliveries

In the event that the item you purchase should arrive damaged, it should be signed as damaged and refused. You must then contact us immediately so that we can help to rectify the problem.

If any damage is discovered when you've accepted the product, we will supply you with spare parts.

Simply contact us and we will assist you in selecting the right replacement part.

'Lost' Deliveries

In the unlikely event that the item(s) you purchase should be 'lost' we will either issue you with a full-refund or resend the exact item(s).
