Important Points To Note
- Once collected, and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- The item(s) should be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Regretably, we cannot accept any assembled or used furniture as this hinders our ability to resell it to other customers.
- The total cost of returning any item(s) will not be covered by Furnnista. As a goodwill gesture for being a customer, we cover the total cost* for delivering your item(s) to you as quickly as possible, and we feel that it's only fair that the cost to return any item(s) should be covered by the customer.
